We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including PO Boxes.
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, orders generally arrive within 3–8 business days. We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders.
Order confirmations and shipping updates are sent via email.
Returns
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Returns may not be accepted for:
- Items that are not in their original condition
- Items that are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Items returned more than 14 days after delivery

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming receipt of the returned item.
If your refund is approved, a credit will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
If your refund is not approved, we will notify you by email.
Exchanges
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange, please email us at info@stadela.com. We will review your request and provide instructions for returning the item if eligible.

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days:
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card provider, as processing times may vary.
- Contact your bank, as refunds can take additional time to appear.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
Gifts
Gifts
If an item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you may receive store credit for the value of your return once the returned item has been received and approved.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or was shipped to the purchaser before being given to you, any refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

To start a return, please email us at info@stadela.com. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the return mailing address.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of shipment, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
